Green Lantern Platy (Xiphophorus maculatus)

Platies are a small tropical live bearing fish. They average about 2.5" long but can grow slightly larger. They have a lifespan of 3-5 years and come in a variety of colors and patterns. While uncommon they can sometimes become slightly aggressive to other small tropical fish, however these conflicts seldom result in any real injuries.
